That changes the plan: how much is lightened in one sitting, how the head is sectioned, and what gets left alone. There are services other color specialists will take on that Lily will not, because she knows what they would do to a curl pattern.
They can. Straight hair can absorb some damage and still look healthy; curly hair cannot, because a curl only defines properly when it is intact. Lily turns down lightening that would cost you your curl pattern. Vivid color on dark curly hair is an exception she considers only after a consultation, when your hair can handle it.
A grown-out box color, banding, or a shade that went wrong is priced at your consultation instead of off the menu, because one correction can fill a single long appointment and another needs several. You will have the plan and the number before any color is mixed.
